Due to logistical constraints on the race course, the number of Relay teams is limited to 250 teams.

Teams should only submit one entry. Teams submitting more than one entry will be disqualified. The entry fee for the April 17th, 2027 River to River Relay is $650/team, but only payable if your team is notified that it has made the race field. Managers will be notified via email of your team's selection or non-selection into the 2027 River to River Relay by December 12th, 2026.

If your entry is accepted, you will have seven (7) days from the time the acceptance email is sent to you to make payment for your team's entire $650 entry fee. If we do not receive your entire entry fee within this time, your entry will be cancelled and your position given to the next team on the wait list. Once entry is accepted, refunds or deferral are not available for any reason.

If the registration form doesn't load properly or you are getting unexpected errors, use ctrl + shift + r on your keyboard to reset.
Add kyle@r2rrelay.com and info@notify.r2rrelay.com to your email client's safe sender or safe domain list to ensure you receive our emails and communication from the race director throughout the process.
A confirmation email with your application details will come from info@notify.r2rrelay.com and should arrive within 15 minutes. If you don't see it by then, check your spam or junk folder. Check it for accuracy, and if you notice an error, email kyle@r2rrelay.com with your confirmation number and we'll fix it.
Managers only need their overall team information to submit an application. Information on individual team members doesn't need submitted until after entry acceptance.
